iPrint Step 3 - Printing a Test Page

To make sure that you have set up your iPrint printers correctly it is recommended that you print a test page. Do this by right clicking the printer you wish to test and selecting 'Properties'.

Once you have clicked on 'Properties' click on 'Print Test Page'.

Before your document is sent to the printer it will ask you to authenticate. Enter your PWF account information. If you can not remember your password for your PWF account please visit the Computer Office alternatively more information can be found here on our Passwords page. You can select Remember my password if you wish but please be aware that you are charged for all of your printing.

Once you have printed to an iPrint printer you should see the following message popup on your computer. This means the document has been printed successfully.

If you expereince a problem when printing e.g. your document is taking a long time to print you can double click the iPrint icon in your system tray to reveal the following window. This will give you the status of your print jobs. If document does not print at all please seek further assistance at the Computer Office.
