Role:
The provision, maintenance and development of IT related support in the Faculty of Law. To provide IT support to members of the Faculty, academic staff, administrative staff and students.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing user support at the Law Faculty Help Desk (telephone, email or in person).
- To maintain the current PC infrastructure within the Faculty alongside the other computer officers.
- Maintain and setup of audio visual facilities for internal and external bookings in the Faculty and supporting users.
